River Song Cottage

Let the river sing you to sleep in this sweet and brand new little cottage. Our place is within easy walking distance to restaurants and stores for any supplies you may need when you hit the trails. Or, could just hang out here, cast a fly, launch a raft or enjoy the sounds and sights of the beautiful middle fork of the Willamette River, just being. The cottage is a studio apartment equipped with a queen size comfy bed and a sofa bed. There is a well equipped kitchenette and bath with shower. The cottage is the perfect size for two adults and two children, but no more than two adults. There is excellent wifi for streaming or work if you have to do that! The river is very close to the cottage and the view of the river is wonderful, binoculars are kept at ready for watching osprey, eagles and of course ducks! There is a small fenced area for your doggie to be secure and ONE dog is welcome. Please let us know when you make your reservation if there is a dog traveling with you. We set the cottage up slightly different when there’s a pet. Guests have a porch with eating area and an outdoor seating area as well as access to the river. We live next door to the cottage, so we are available most of the time. We have lived in the area for about 20 years, so we can offer travel advice, fishing, cycling etc. Stewart’s 58 Drive-in, Miguel’s Tacos and Campfire Cookin’ are within easy walking distance. The 3 Legged Crane, Lion Mountain Bakery and other restaurants are a longer walk or short drive away (within 2 miles). Fishing and rafting are in the back yard and hiking and mountain biking opportunities abound! You can drive here or take the Diamond Express bus which makes two trips a day from Eugene. Our cottage is a studio and sleeps two adults and two children comfortably, utilizing a sofa bed. It would be a bit crowded for four adult size people, and the sofa bed a bit small for two adults. Please do not book for four adults or we will not accept the reservation request.
