Casa La Comarca provides a unique opportunity to rest in a peaceful environment while interacting with nature at the same time. The house has four rooms (4 singles and 1 double) with their respective bathrooms, hot water, terraces and a beautiful dining room. Parking space is available for 10-20 cars. During their stay, guests can access and use all areas of the house, including the dining room, the kitchen, all bedrooms, the swimming pool and the terraces, as well as all the surrounding green areas. Casa La Comarca is 15 minutes away from Estelí, neither too far nor too close to the city. It is part of a small shire called Buenos Aires. It is surrounded by mountains and forests. Buses and taxis are accesible from the house. In the case of taxis, a normal fare could be between 50 and 100 Córdobas if traveling to and from Estelí.
