All About Horses

Our place is close to I 75 half way between Gainesville and Ocala and is good for couples, solo adventurers, and business travelers. Spend a week or weekend in a sunny Florida on a horse farm. We have a newly renovated, spacious modular home 30mins from Gainesville (home of the Florida Gators). This immaculate and charming residence is fully furnished with four bedrooms and a large living room on owners' 40-acre horse farm. Home has lots of privacy. It has a large paved parking area. 2 rooms have a desk for laptop work. We have a large parking pad with home...additionally available RV hookup, and stalls and pasture for horses (additional charge). We welcome pets at no additional charge but request that they be well behaved and completely house broken. Please, no dogs unsupervised. I am available in nearby home to assist guests if necessary and usually introduce them to property upon arrival Quiet neighborhood of farms..Lots of privacy Location is easy to drive. ..1 turn east off I 75 and proceed 6 miles. Access to property is secured with a gate code. It is very convenient to drive to Ocala or Gainesville. The price is $70/night for the first 2 guests. Additional guests are $20/person/night.
