AL09 Brand new loft in front of the beach

A confortable chalet in front of the beach of Maresias, among a conserved reservation of the Atlantic rainforest, and including pools, hot tubs, BBQ and gym. My loft’s great for families, couples and groups (it can settle up to 07 people). It is fully furnished and the condo also offers a sunshade + two chairs for you to enjoy the beach. Come and check it out for yourself! An open-plan housing (one single floor) with a mezzanine, which has a standard double bed, a double sofa bed and a bunk bed. There is also a bathroom and a complete kitchen with cooktop, living room with TV and other stuff, everything completed with a beautiful view of the Mata Atlântica. The condo offers many leisure options for you to relax and practice physical activities: zen space, two pools, dry sauna, wet sauna, two tennis courts and a multi-sport court, games room, gym, BBQ and a lounge. My team will help you solve problems and doubts, coordinate the stay, arrange check-in and check-out, etc. The condo’s lobby is across from the 18th access to Maresias beach. At this point, there is also a bus stop for vehicles coming from São Paulo (through Tietê Bus Terminal) and nearby cities. -For stays longer than seven days, we offer a complimentary cleaning; -Your pets are super welcome :) Please just let us know if you pretend to bring it. For TWO PETS we charge a fee of R $ 150.00 so that we can always keep the space clean and organized in the best way --Please let us know if you will need bed sheets and towels. For this service, the amount of R$100.00 is charged; You’ll need to send me the full names of the people which you’re taking to the trip, along with their ages and passport numbers (or RGs if they’re from Brazil). Just then I can authorize your access in the lobby, ok? Once you’ve arrived, just submit the documents and indicate wich housing/village you’ll be staying in (AL09) that the staff shows you how to get into the house.
