Access to the common areas in the house includes fully stock kitchen, dining area, living room w/ 55 inch smart TV that has Firestick & Netflix, parking&spacious garden for your enjoyment. Long term rent ok This room has a walk in closet and is fully furnished. You will be asked to possibly share a bathroom if the other room next to yours is rented out. We are located in the central valley of California between Stockton, Manteca, and Tracy. Our beautiful home is located 5 minutes off of i5 highway and is about 90 min East from San Francisco, 75 minutes from downtown Oakland and 45 minutes from Sacramento. 15 min to Delicato Vineyard in Manteca for wine tasting. We are close to many restaurant & fast food options, stores like Costco, Walmart, target, Bass Pro shop, movie theaters, malls and on the way to Yosemite, Tahoe, Central Valley vineyards and orchards. We are very accommodating and easy going people. We have 2 super friendly dogs who are also fun to be around. They are quiet and not big yappers. The house has Central air conditioning and central heating. Every room has its own tower fan with remote control. The windows in each room also has sun screens to filter/reflect out the heat of the sun. All the water in the house is soft, and drinking water goes through reversed osmosis. Free to use washer and dryer on sight. Full access to kitchen and fridge. Feel free to use the kitchen to cook if you need to. The kitchen is fully stocked with most needed appliances, and utensils. If you need a place to rest, relax and possibly enjoy the central valley then this is a good place to call home when away from home. This year we have planted 6 varieties of tomatoes in our garden. Guest are welcome to explore our extensive 9000 sq foot garden, stop &smell the roses! You have access to the kitchen, laundry room, dining room and living room. There is a full garden for you to roam in. Feel free to pull some weeds when you feel like it : ) the is also ample free parking on the street in front of the house. You will be provided space in the fridge to keep perishable food and a cabinet shelf to keep dry goods. We interact with you as much as you want us too. We keep to ourselves otherwise ilicited. We love to give advice on food and grocery if you ask us. Our dogs are friendly and will socialize with you if you are nice to them otherwise if you ignore them they get the idea. The neighborhood is serene and very green. There are a lot if parks, walking paths, minutes walk to the levy where you can sit and fish or watch all the wildlife. We are close to lots of restaurants, stores, grocery, costco, movie theater and bass pro shop is less than 15 min away. 1.5 hr from San Francisco airport, 1.25hr from Oakland airport, 1 hr from Sacramento airport, 3 hrs from Yosemite. You will need a car for transportation. There is no public transportation in our area. You can call Uber or Lyft in our area or rent a car via Turo or Enterprise. This room shares a bathroom in the hall with another room. If that other room isn't rented out then this bathroom is all yours but if both rooms are rented out then you will have to share that bathroom with 1 other person. You can rent month to month. We love hosting traveling professionals like nurses. This house has central air and heat, soft water, reverse osmosis drinking water, motion censured exterior lights, exterior surveillance cameras and cameras surveillance in the interior common areas only. We have pets who we like to see when we are away from home. We have a shoes off policy inside the house. There's a shoe rack at the door. Please no over night guest or guest that didn't check in with you without prior approval from host. No illegal drugs and contrabands such as weapons.
