This room is on our 2 nd-floor of a small cape house so it's a bit small ...there is a single twin size bed, good lighting a desk. We are welcoming to all into our home. Our neighborhood is very safe .We are located close to restaurants, pharmacy, small theatre, banks etc....main routes and more also bus, commuter rail public transportation. Welcome to use all common areas including the kitchen , living room,The backyard patio. kitchen living room bathroom Patio Always welcoming and willing to socialize if guests would like to but also a very respectful to their time and space. We are all very mindful of when someone would like their own space.We are here for you via text, phone, and someone is always home! Close to shops, restaurants, bank, pharmacy, theater, main routes interstate 90, route 30, Route 16, route 128, 95, seven minute walk to the bus stopand a 15 minute walk to the communion rail 20 minutes from Boston driving We are very close 7 min walk to the bus, commuter rail, 2 miles to green line, major routes near by (Mass turnpike i (Phone number hidden by Airbnb) , ty 30) going into Boston is about a 20 minute drive depending on traffic to Logan or the city.”, we are about a half a mile to the Square in West Newton which has anything you will need, banks, restaurants,Pizza pharmacy, movie theater… There’s also courthouse, police station..
