Villa Henson 1 or 2 bdrm Sunsets Heated pool Spa

The Villa Henson in Colombier, is approached by a long private drive and is very secluded. St Barts is a very safe island. The land below the villa and to the right (100 acres + !! ) is occupied by a few sheep - that's all! The villas to the left are well hidden. Parking is right by the villa. The villa can be used with one or two bedrooms. In either case the whole villa is yours. It is a perfect villa for a honeymoon or a romantic holiday for two. The Villa Henson sits about 70 meters (200 ft) above the Caribbean sea and in the mornings you can sometimes see turtles swimming below. There are no other villas below Villa Henson. We have probably one of the best views of any villa on the island. The view is due west so the sun sets virtually opposite between Saba and St Martin, depending on the time of year. On the horizon you can see (north to south) St. Martin, Saba, St. Eustace, St. Kitts and Nevis and the entrance to the port of Gustavia. I have even seen Montserrat further south! Big yachts and jet skiers play quietly in the sea in front of you. At night the other Islands' lights twinkle. You can even claim a front row seat on our terrace to watch the Yacht Regattas like the Bucket Regatta in March and the firework displays. The swimming pool is perfectly placed on the terrace in front of the living room. It is 6 meters by 4 and 1.5 meters deep. The far side is edgeless giving the impression that the sky and the pool are one. On the near side is an underwater bench, just the right height for sitting in the cool water and having a cooling drink at the same time. In addition there is a super 5 person Spa. It's heated, has 85 jets, a unique bubbling system that feels like you are sitting in a champagne bath and we love it! An idyllic place to watch the sunsets that take place in front of the villa all year round. The terrace has some very comfortable loungers and a teak dining table and chairs. A large Weber BBQ is on hand if you want to stay and dine under the stars as many clients do, listening to music with the terrace speakers.. There are hammocks available. The large and comfortable living area has several settees and a fully equipped media centre with US Satellite TV and a media hard disk with lots of films that I try to add to every year. There are also terrace speakers. Large sliding doors open onto the terrace. Included in the living area is our kitchen, which is not a small holiday home one but fully fitted with all the necessary equipment should you want to do a bit of cooking. We have some great addresses for Lobsters and one of the best Butchers in the Caribbean. There are two air conditioned bedrooms both have views of the Caribbean Sea and some other Islands. Each has a large shower room ensuite. Linen and towels are supplied. Our housekeeper comes daily (except holidays and Sundays). We can arrange for you to be met at the airport on arrival and escorted to the villa. A large number of our clients come back year after year, which says a lot about the Villa Henson and if you are asking why we called it Villa Henson, well we had two lovely horses of that breed.
