It has an open feel and awesome views of the Bow River, a unique old bridge and a great barn across the river, needs to be seen to be understood and enjoyed! Please park on the right side of the driveway when pulling up as the tenant in the walkout basement uses the left side of the garage. The back yard is fenced and off limits sorry, it is used by the tenant and her dog. To get to the river simply go back to the beginning of the bay and the pathway to the river path system is behind the last house of the river side. Hi My name is Guy and I am your host. We also have 60 plus kilometers of pathways out the back door! Float the Bow River rental canoes, kayaks, rafts available in the city. Fly fish the Bow River (almost from your deck!) Taxis and walking are your best bets to get around Cochrane if you don't have a vehicle, the main shopping area filled with restaurants and bars is only a few blocks north of our location on the Bow River. Over 60 kms of walking trails that will take you pretty much anywhere you want to go in out community!
