This is a brand new, clear and spacious appartment, very well located for business or leisure purpose. A single bedroom accomodating comfortably 2 people, even 3 on the sofa, toilet, bathroom, equiped kitchen and laundry faciliteis are available. Wide living room with balcony not facing any other building. Located at Cambuí, the most nice neighborough in Campinas, with bars, restaurants, cafeterias, market, gym, the apartment is close to Taquaral Park - a green area surrounding a big lagoon where you can spent your leisure time reading books, rumming, biking, making barbecue or playing with children. The building has 2 elevators, parking garage, 24h security controls, swiming pool and saloon. Disabled people can access elevators by the garage with no ramps or steps. Quiet neighbors as it is mainly inhabitted by executives. So, please follow the building policies to avoid disturbing people (strictly forbidden noisy after 10pm, subject to Campinas Law Penalties). The best place to stay in Campinas. The neighborhood is plenty of good bars and reounmed to simple restaurants affordable for "every pockett", tea houses, bakeries, variety of street stores, supermarket, gym/yoga/pilates studios, organic food stores and markets, theater/exposition at the Convenience Center, street and flee market on the weekends, malls, banks agencies, close to green parks where you can run, bike or just walk or read a book to spend your leisure time. Campinas public transportation requires integration from buses convering a huge area of the city including univeristies, domestic bus station and hospitals. There is cabs available 24h by request, uber and other national apps such as Easy Taxi, for example. Car rental is available at the airport, downtown and at Cambui, where my appartment is located. Drive in Campinas is not complicated, and if you have waze or maps, it is a simple task! Guests should strictly follow the building rules, do not bother neighbours and be respectfull to all people that leaves / work in the building. Due to Covid-19, restrictions to the normal rules are in force and guests shall obey to all mandatory instructions subject to the penalties established by the Administration and Government Authorities. The reception of visitors in the apartment and/or the building are strongly discouraged. Use masks while circulating in the building. Be conscious. Stay safe. Protect yourself and the vicinity.
