Large Private Room with Modern amenities

Experience a stay in a vibrant diverse neighborhood in NYC. The apartment is located in the Fordham / University Heights area of the Bronx. Steps from restaurants, local attractions and train stations. **The Space** Guest will be accommodated with one large private room that would fit 3 adults comfortably. Room includes; 1 queen size bed 1 sleeper couch (love seat that opens up into a sleeper) Roku TV (with sling) mini - refrigerator closet small dresser Large windows / with black-out curtains **Shared Space** 2 and "a half" hosts (our dog pocket) also lives in the apartment in a separate room. The kitchen and bathroom will be open to share for our guest. We only ask for our guest to keep the space clean and tidy, throw garbage in trash-can, recycles in recycle-bin (simple). ***Things to keep in mind*** *We have a super friendly small dog, he will not be in the guest space, but will be laying around in the rest of the home. *Also The apartment is on the top floor of a 5 story walk up, no noise neighbors above us (only below), but be prepared to do some cardio. Guest will have access to the bathroom, which will be shared with the hosts. The kitchen will also be available if guest would like to make some coffee or heat something up. We work, but will be available for any assistance or recommendations. Fordham Manor is a densely populated, buzzing neighborhood in the Bronx. It includes Fordham University and stretches from Interstate 87 and the Harlem River east to the Bronx Park, home of the Bronx Zoo. With a history dating back to Colonial times, the oldest section of the neighborhood is Old Fordham Village. Fordham is a fantastic neighborhood with a colorful history. Downtown Manhattan is just eight miles southwest; you'll be able to take the subway or train and get there in less than 30 minutes Restaurants (within a few blocks) - From chain-restaurants to local mom & pop restaurants you can find a variety of different taste. - Or just jump on the train and head downtown and immerse yourself in a sea of restaurants from any part of the world.
