Near Brown, restaurants, shops. Spacious, comfortable, lots of windows and great light, morning sun streams in through kitchen and dining room, afternoon sun is delicious in the livingroom and den. Lovely corner location, with front yard and fenced backyard, charcoal grill, terrific neighborhood, very child-friendly. People of all backgrounds are welcome in our home! You can fit two cars in our driveway, and additional on-street parking is available during the day and evening. At the moment the washer and dryer are not available, but there is a laundromat literally 30 seconds away and we will reimburse reasonable laundry expenses.
