Kitchenette allows for meal preparation if needed. Washing Machine as well is included. Private room, Bath and Kitchenette Kindly advise if you intend to use kitchenette to prepare meals. Request any specific asks in advance. Some Cutlery and Utensils are available only upon request. A Middle Income Suburban Community surrounded by modern shopping conveniences, Restaurants, a Movie Theater and within a 5 minute drive to the airport. Parking is available on the street in front of the house. Access to Taxis at the corner (three houses away). Alternately walking distance to the main road and to the Mall. Kindly advise if any additional need arises. I live on the compound with my wife and daughter. There is a 2nd apartment as such other visitors share entrance (gate) to the compound.
