Private apartment in a property of 4 ground floor units, with 2 double bed/bath and full equipped kitchen. Private terrace with umbrella, table, chairs and hammock. Nice green area, only a few steps from the beach, restaurants and grocery stores. Also check La Carambola2 , same location, more availability! We provide laundry service for the guests. As well a me as host and my co-host we really like socializing with guests and help them find their way around. We don’t live at La Carambola but go there regularly. We are not interested in interfering with guests privacy, only am I available if they have question or request, La Carambola is located downtown Samara in a quiet street a few steps away from the beach, the restaurants and the grocery stores. It is very quiet most of the time. Still, since it is close to everything and in the middle of town, some nights in the very busy season ( from Dec to March) can be a little loud until 11pm. You can park your car right in front of the property. If you are coming by bus, La Carambola is only one block away.
