This private house is conveniently located within minutes to the Grand Manan Ferry Terminal and also the local hospital. Tour our many local scenic beaches, lighthouses, and experience our world famous high tides! We are also a 25 minute drive to the Deer Island Ferry and 35 minute drive to St. Andrews by the Sea. You can visit Pea Point and walk the beach to collect sea glass, drift wood and many other treasures that are found along our seashores. Located in a quiet private neighbourhood with an ocean view and a large yard great for family games and activities! Feel free to take advantage of the games located in the dining room cabinet. Also a fire pit in the back yard. Have added a BBQ. 3 min walk to the front beach. This is a one level home with a porch entrance.
