The condo has 1 bedroom, 1 full bathroom and a combined living room, kitchen, and dining space. There is laundry facilities within the condo as well. These spaces are for guests and are not shared. The shared spaces in the Glass House includes the Gym, the Media Room, the Penthouse Lounge and the Rooftop Patio (rooftop open during summer months only) I am happy to answer any questions or provide assistance if there’s a problem. From sporting events and concerts to sophisticated urban shopping and dining in the nearby exchange district, you can experience it all a short walk from your condo. The Glass House is conveniently located close to public transit stops. Taxi’s are also readily available. For those guest with their own vehicle, there is paid parking right next door in an attached parking garage that is operated by Indigo. Parking is available in the attached Indigo Parkade. Daily (6:00am – 6:00pm) rate is $3/hr with a max of $12.50. Evening (6:00pm – 6:00am) is also $3/hr, max is $5.   When major events (concerts, Jets games, etc.) are occurring Indigo charges an “event rate” of $12. For example, if the Jets game is in the evening the evening max becomes $12 instead of $5 to park from 6:00pm to 6:00am. Rates updated Jan 2019….
