It's a quiet and safe neighborhood and a beautiful walk away from Hamilton, half of the walk is through the neighborhood First Avenue and the other half is on Cavendish Road along the harbor. The walk shouldn't take more than 15 mins. The Arboretum is across the street to exercise or have a casual walk or watch birds. People here are friendly and chat with everyone, be it in town, the parks, the beach, on the railway trail, etc. You can rent a bike: Oleander Cycles or Smatt's - both located in Hamilton. Alternatively you can rent an electric car at the Hamilton Princess hotel or at Locomotion. It’s advisable to book them as soon as you know your travel dates. I can bring you to both. Or you can take the bus no 3 or 11 into town or to St. George's. The bus terminal is in Hamilton and all buses go from there in all directions. Blue bus stops are heading out of town and pink bus stops always go to Hamilton. You need a passport to enter Bermuda (and any travel internationally) that is valid for at least 6 months before it expires. You won’t be able to board the plan from your home airport. He lives on the other aide of the house. We are happy to help you with any kind of planning of your vacation on our beautiful island and help you to find anything you need or the best routes to take. We also offer island tours and tennis lessons or games with a tennis professional. The kitchen stove is not shared and you have your own fridge, coffee machine, dishes and cutlery in your room, you are welcome to prepare your meal in our kitchen and eat in the dining room or in the courtyard. If you need anything, just ask. I’m happy to take you to the grocery store on your first evening and will show you the nearby park and how to get around. We have plenty of parking space to accommodate rental cars or bikes.
