The apartment is vibrant and warm, spacious in every corner. Location of apartment is situated in a nice place the bus stop for the bus into the city (Quito) is only a 2 minute walk from home(Mejia or Carlos Brito). If you want to travel further the interprovincial busses are just a 10 minute walk from home. The house is occupied by family and friends and everyone is more than welcoming and happy to help you with any doubts or troubles This apartment is a family home so you will encounter pictures of us around, nevertheless we welcome you to use everything within the property as long as it’s cleaned and put back in its place. There will be spaces that are taken up by some of our personal items such as clothing, if you must use the space let us know and we will try move it to a side or remove it completely for your commodity. Apart from the apartment itself, you will have access to the roof, if you wish to smoke do so only outside the apartment. Downstairs in the main patio you are allowed to enter the section where the family of huskies are, if you wish. They are super friendly even with kids. Of course they are active dogs so they will try jump you but please if you do enter please remember to close the gate behind you. Always. If you wish to ask me anything. The family members that live on the lower floors they will be there for emergencies anything else I will try and provide you through the phone. Due to the language barrier I would advice to go through me first to make life a little easier Round the corner there are a few bars, the house is situated almost on the main road. And there is always transport around busses or taxis and a few Uber’s. Depending on the season that you travel there will be a few events going on but that we can update you on once the bookings been confirmed As mentioned before getting around from this location is very easy. If you hire a car for your travels then we have a private garage for you so no need to worry about that but do let us know in advanced. Other than that bus, taxis, carreras and Uber’s are available. Bus into the center of machachi is 25cents. Bus into Quito is 75cents. Carreras is $1.25 If you are allergic to dogs please avoid spending time in the main patio. The apartment has never had any pets inside so that will be an allergy free zone
