Self-contained suite with private entrance and deck leading to a sliding door entrance. The guest unit is shared wall and front yard with the main house. You will have a 270° valley view from your private deck. Plenty of free parking spaces. It has a very serene setting far from the main Street traffic, yet it’s very conveniently located for urban amenities. This unit have two reserved parking spaces in front of the house. You are welcome to access to the front-yard space. There are other Airbnb guests stay in the back of the house and they would like to have their privacy. The guest suite is self contained. We would like to respect our guests and appreciate privacy as well. Please don't hesitate to reach out if you have any questions or concerns! It’s quiet and rural. You might see deer and other wild animals around. 12 mins to the BART station. 5 mins to the 80 freeway. 35 mins to SF if there’s no traffic. 40 mins to Napa. The house is set far back from Valley View Road. Our address Number is hanging on a metal pole on the side of road. Once you enter our private driveway, you will see the house in about 500 square feet.
