Furnished apartment near to Berrini Av and Bandeirantes Av. Close to train station, easy and comfort for working at the region. Apartment is fully furnished, kitchen with stove, refrigerator, microwaves, toaster, sandwich machine, blender. Laundry washing machine in the service area, heater and fan, hair dryer. For monthly (or more) reservation: All services like water, energy, gas, condominium tax, IPTU are included. There is a parking space but is not a fixed one. If you confirm the monthly booking I can consider it in the package. For weekly (or more) reservations: As your request is for a period of more than one week, it is included 1 day/week for cleaning (pre-specified weekday), of a maid of my entire trust, working me for over 20 years. Of course if you are not interested, there is no obligation in accepting this service. It's just a facility for me and for you. Guests will have access to the entire apartment. After the reservation is confirmed, you will be requested to provide full name and ID numbers for identification. At check-in, you must present the ID document, for everyone´s safety! I won´t be able to be available in person, but guests will have access via (Hidden by Airbnb) and cel phone in case of any need. In the neighborhood you can find: banks, bakery, supermarket, several bars and local stores. Public transportation: train station at two blocks walking distance, and several bus lines at one block walking distance. Just 5 minutes walking from the Train Station. Attention please: the price that is shown at the site will be added by the cleaning fee (see specific section prices) and the Airbnb reservation fees. It is not the final amount.
