Poolside Apartment Minutes from Airport

Enjoy Hawaii’s beautiful weather by the pool or at the beach in this comfortable, spacious O’hana. This property is located 8 minutes from the airport, 15 minutes to town and many amazing beaches. The ground floor O’hana has 1 bedroom 1 bath and a spacious living space with a pull-out couch. 3 large sliders open up to the outdoor living space and pool. The sliders are only steps away from the pool so we can only accommodate non-mobile infants or children that can swim. No fridge in this unit. This is a private lock off unit separate from the upstairs unit. Shared laundry. The whole house is available to rent. Shared Pool and fenced back yard Shared Large Flat top grill for BBQ’s Shared laundry I’m always available by text/phone. I also have friends on island willing to help if needed so please don’t hesitate to ask. Our neighborhood is a very quiet, family friendly neighborhood. Close to the conveniences of town and great beaches. Free on street parking. We have WiFi cameras set up in the driveway and all entrances. Tampering with cameras and security systems will result in being asked to leave and forfeiting rental fees. All guests must sign a liability waiver. The pool is just steps away from the sliders on the lower level. Children must be supervised at all times. Pool is 6 feet at the deepest point so no diving or rough play. Quiet hours 9pm to 8am. Any excessive noise can result in being removed from the property with no refunds. No smoking- evidence of smoke will result in a fine. Good Neighbor Policy a. Quiet Hours shall be from 9:00pm to 8:00am during which time the noise from the short-term vacation rental shall not unreasonably disturb adjacent neighbors. b. Sound that is audible beyond the property boundaries during non-quiet hours shall not be more excessive than would be otherwise associated with a residential area. c. Guest vehicles shall be parked within the designated onsite parking area. d. The STVR shall not be used for commercial purposes. e. Night Sky Policy: Turn off outdoor lights at night whenever possible. f. We have a non-smoking ordinance in Hawaii. There is no smoking within 20 feet of all public buildings, including STVRs g. Failure to comply with the good neighbor policy stated above will be construed to be a violation.
