Suburban Oasis (close to Oakland/Berk/SF/Bart)

Quiet fully loaded, peaceful small studio(about 300-325 sqft) , close to Bart’s/Oakland/Berkeley/SF. Peaceful open space that leads to Lake Chabot is right outside the studio. Room is fully stocked(just like home)- kitchen supplies/cooking tools, board games, tv, etc. Accessible via messaging or text but will leave you alone unless you need anything. Reach out for food and hiking if you need and you’ll be welcomed with goodies. Special requests can be set up with with a fee The studio is relatively small but has everything you could possible need, similar to your home. A comfy queen bed, large sectional, large tv, wifi, full kitchen and all the tools/gadgets(along with condiments and cooking ingredients), ac and heat(a rarity in the Bay Area). Backyard, patio furniture and laundry in garage(for guests staying over 7 days) Available from 9am to 11pm Hiking right behind our house which leads to lake chabot. Family friendly/quiet neighborhood, close drive to freeway. Oakland/Berkeley/ SF are all within 30-40 minutes from here. Livermore wineries and outlets are about 30 minutes as well. Castro valley and bay fair Bart are both nearby, but Uber and lyft are readily accessible as well If you want to have the studio set up for special occasions or with special items, please reach out and I can do so with a fee. Services examples: Foods- cheese platter, fresh baked cookies(chocolate chip, oatmeal, snickerdoodles, brownies, chocolate fondue, etc Romantic set up Drink list Lattes Fresh pour over Coffee If guests plan on staying for periods longer than 30 days, we ask that you sign a lease contract for the amount of time being stayed, due to California law.
