Enjoy ocean breezes at Tradewinds overlooking Bathway Beach. Two bd, 1 bath, kitchen, living & dining upstairs w/ spacious veranda; large studio bd downstairs w/ full bath facing ocean. Home set on 1/2 acre w/ fruit trees including orange, mandarin, mango, plum, citron, fig, banana & coconut. Short walk to beach, beach shops/food shack & welcome center. Rinse off at outside shower and kick back on the veranda to take in the breeze. Off-street parking for 2 vehicles. A splendid place to relax. Beautiful views, quiet and close to nature. Not a tourist trap - a real getaway. A truly Grenadian experience. Full house access with laundry. Yard with fruit trees. With Grenadian roots we can give recommendations and advice. Near Levera National Park, Bathway Beach, The Welcome Stone and the Village of Rose Hill; a short drive to Sauteurs and Leapers Hill or to catch a ferry to Sandy Island, view Lake Antoine, visit Belmont Estate for lunch and tour, bathe in the hot sulphur springs. Or venture out further to one of the island’s scenic waterfalls or other beaches. Then retreat to the peaceful confines of Tradewinds and unwind. Renting a car helps you to be able to get out and see the island. Or catch one of the buses at Rose Hill and mingle with the locals. Most all will share their insights. Another option is to hire a driver for a guided tour. Lots of options depending on the level of adventure you seek. Just relax. Nobody is in a rush. You’re on island time. Please note, although unlikely, utility outages can occur. Tradewinds has a back up water tank that can be used if the water service is interrupted. However this water must be boiled before drinking. There is no electric generator unfortunately.
