Our guest apartment is 25 mins from the airport, 20 mins to Kingstown and our lovely villa beaches are 10 mins walk away (Downhill to beach, uphill to the house). You will have the entire space for yourself with access to 2 private air-conditioned bedrooms and a private bathroom with hot and cold water and high-pressure showerhead. The house is conveniently wired for 110V and 220V and offers cable TV and Wi-Fi. Our kitchen is fully equipped and always stocked with coffee and tea. Please note that there are exterior security cameras! We’ve designed this space to feel like a home-away-from-home for you. From the well lit comfy living room to the fully stocked kitchen and spacious patio. Two bedrooms and 1 bath are yours to enjoy with your family and friends. If you like to stay indoors, there is cable, wifi, crosswords, and puzzles to keep you entertained. If you like to be outside, relax in the patio on the hammock, explore the local fruits in the garden or take a walk to the beach. You will find everything you need for a great stay! The entire 4 bedroom house is available to guest. We don't live at the property and like to give guests their space but we're always available via email/text to answer any questions. The house is in a safe and quiet residential neighbourhood about 15 minutes downhill walk from the main highway. We are located less than 10 minutes to Arnos Vale, the closest commercial area and only 5 minutes from the restaurants and beaches in Villa. We provide an area map to help you find your way around. We are less than 0.5 km walk (~15 mins) from the main highway where you can take public transportation around the island. The beach is an additional 2 min walk from the main road. Please note that it is a downhill walk to the main highway and an uphill walk back to the apartment. If renting a car, there is a 3- car private driveway on the property. 1. The WiFi infrastructure in St.Vincent is not as sophisticated as in more developed countries. Therefore, there are intermittent issues with the WiFi and/or Cable from time to time. We always do our best to resolve any issues but 99% of the time the issue is with the service provider and out of our control. We appreciate your patience and understanding. 2.
