Our guest house is 25 mins to the airport, 20 mins to Kingstown and the lovely Villa beaches are 10-15 mins walk away (Downhill to beach, uphill to the house). All 4 bedrooms are air-conditioned private rooms and the Master suite has its own private bath. Bathrooms have hot and cold water with high-pressure showerheads. The house has living room, two patios and fully equipped kitchen stocked with coffee and tea. The house is conveniently wired for 110V and 220V and offers cable TV and Wi-Fi. Please note that there are exterior security cameras! We’ve designed this space to feel like a home-away-from-home for you. From the well lit comfy living room to the fully stocked kitchen and spacious patio, this 4 bedroom, 3 bath house is yours to enjoy with your family and friends. If you like to stay indoors, there is cable, wifi, crosswords and puzzles to keep you entertained. If you like to be outside, relax in the patio on the hammock, explore the local fruits in the garden or take a walk to the beach. Either way you will find everything you need for a great stay! The 4 bedroom house is available to guest as well as the driveway and backyard (shared with other guests). 1. The WiFi infrastructure in St.Vincent is not as sophisticated as in more developed countries. Therefore, there are intermittent issues with the WiFi and/or Cable from time to time. We always do our best to resolve any issues but 99% of the time the issue is with the service provider and out of our control. We appreciate your patience and understanding. 2. We are happy to arrange airport pick up for guests. Please send us your flight information as soon as possible. The house is in a safe and quiet residential neighbourhood about 15 minutes downhill walk from the main highway. St. Vincent is hilly - the walk to the house from the main road is mainly uphill. We are located less than 10 minutes to Arnos Vale, the closest commercial area and only 5 minutes from the restaurants and beaches in Villa. We provide and area map to help you find your way around. We are less than 0.5 km walk (~15 mins) from the main highway where you can take public transportation around the island. Please note that it is a downhill walk to the main highway and an uphill walk back to the apartment. If renting a car, there is a 3- car private driveway on the property.
