Private Separate Entrance of lower level home

My place is super close to Northport’s quaint village. Walking distance to parks, art and culture, restaurants and dining, and the beach. You would not need a car to get downtown. The space is completely private. Has a main room with sleeper couch, electric fireplace and tv hooked up to Apple TV. Main room also has mini fridge, microwave and coffee pot. Bedroom has new queen size bed with dresser for clothes. Bathroom has a stall shower. Private separate apartment Mini fridge, microwave, coffee maker, private space (den and bedroom) with private bathroom. The space also has Apple TV hooked up. Never- however my utility closet is downstairs- if in an emergency I would need to get down there I would message you first. Everything! Engemann Theater, the harbor, all the restaurants on Main Street and the shopping.
