Duplex reformed penthouse: 3R and private pool

Ideal apartment for those who seek space, confort and peace. Duplex penthouse with private pool, common area for barbecue, equiped kichen, new metresses, washing machine... The daily price depends on the number of guests (maximum 6). In the apartment there are two floors: - First floor: bedroom (bunk with an extra bed), complete bathroom, kitchen attached with the living room, great balcony and service area[loundry area](washing machine and tank); - Second floor: suite with double bed, support extra bedroom with an single extra bed, parlor and terrace with a pool, a sink and a barbecue area. The conection between floors is made through a spiral staircase, inside the apartment. The place is for 10 people, but, as we're planning to offer a comforable staying, we're limiting the amount of people up to 6 guests. The guest is going to have access to all the rooms in the apartment, but the service room, in which we're storing cleaning material. I'll be available to the guests 24/7 via email or cell phone. I can sugest a programs and accompany you along the tours through the town. Barra da Tijuca is a place for those who seek confort and tranquility. The streets are wider, there are good markets and the beaches are less crowded than most. Barra, as we call it, is one of the most secure neighborhoods in Rio de Janeiro and not as crowed as Copacabana, Ipanema, Botafogo and Flamengo. The nigthlife is concentrated in some specific areas of the neighborhood. If you don't have a car, the best way to get to the apartment is to ake a cab or an Uber. From the Bus station or one of the airports (Santos Dumont or Galeão Tom Jobim) it'll take between 30 to 50 minutes and probably cost between R$ 40,00 to R$ 80,00. I may be able to get you, so contact me and we can discuss it. The apartment is in the Parque das Rosas (an apartment complex with a park, a church, banks and some stores and services). There are no walls around the condominium, so the security is made by each building. You will need to send a copy of the identification document (or passport) of all guests over 16 years of age. The administration of the building does not allow access by unauthorized persons. To access our building you'll need to indentify yourself in the security cabin and the lobby. I will send a password to access the apartment. The apartment is in a residential biulding. So, we ask you to maintain the tranquility of the place and respect the others residents. - It's not allowed to hold parties inside the apartment. - Please, don't make much noise after 10 pm. - Animal are not allowed. - smoking is prohibited inside the apartment.
