Mountain View Apartments #1 - a great experience!

This apartment offers a comfortable stay being in close proximity to a health centre, public transport, supermarkets, restaurants and other night life. The owner Reggie offers accommodation that is safe, quiet, accessible & affordable with guests having access to many local fruits trees such as various types of mangoes. You are invited to arrive as guests and leave as family! Mountain View Apartments will meet and exceed your expectations as you are immersed in a great Trinidad experience! The apartments with their private entrance offers a fully equipped kitchen with a private and cozy dining room area. The bedroom is also full equipped with all the necessary amenities from cable tv, free WiFi, air conditioning and attached bathroom. Guests also have full access to laundry facilities (washer and dryer) and a spacious and secured back porch that can be used to entertain visitors. There is secured parking on the compound and safe external parking on the street. Guests has access to the everything attached to their apartment. The owner resides upstairs and of course this part of the building are off limits to guest. The apartment which is easily accessible by car or foot is located on a street with a cul de sac resulting in minimum flow of traffic and reduced vehicular noise. The apartment is opposite a public health centre (Tacarigua Health Centre) and is a 10 minute walk from the Priority Bus Route (a major public transportation route). It's a 12 minute drive away from Piarco International Airport and the University of the West Indies, St. Augustine Campus. The nearest supermarket is 10 minutes away by foot and the closest malls are Trincity Mall, Grand Bizarre and Emerald Plaza, all within a very short driving distance. The nursing academy is a five minute walk away. We offer transport to and from airport at an additional fee of $30.00 USD each way, which must to be paid to the driver upon boarding. Reggie the owner also offers transport to all your planned destinations at an additional cost which is lower than the standard rates. Guests can access public transport on the Eastern Main Road or the Priority Bus Route which is a 5 minute walk away. We are a seven minute walk away from the Centre of Excellence which is a major sporting venue that also offers swimming to the public at a low cost. We are also located about ten minutes away from the Tacarigua Sporting Complex. The Eric Williams Medical Sciences Complex which is a major general and teaching hospital is 15 minutes away. The St .Augustine Private Hospital, a major private health institution is ten minutes away. The University of the West Indies which is also in close proximity is 10 minutes away.
