Brand new construction! This modern beach house sits directly on the beach just south of the fishing village of Masachapa. Watch the waves crash from your veranda, palapa or balcony. Conveniently located within walking distance to local restaurants, bars, fruit stands, ice cream shops, barber shops etc.. This fantastic vacation house has a lighted 20m lap pool, an outdoor shower, on premises night watchman and maid. Walk to the fish market and take home the freshest catch of the day! Guest have full access to the entire property! Caretaker is on site to greet you and open the gate to let you in. I am in Vermont and available by phone, text and email. We have a property manager who is available 24/7. Caretaker and housekeeper live on site. Walking distance to the village where you can find fresh fruit and veggies, cold beer, snacks, soda and ice. 5 min walk to the fish market and some great seafood/beef restaurants. Located next door to a 4 room boutique hotel if you need more room. You are close enough to walk but there are bicycle “rickshaws” all around the village and taxis. For longer excursions, I would suggest hiring a driver for the day or week. We can arrange that for you! The prices in Nicaragua are more than reasonable and most things can cost as little as 30-50% of US prices. This is a new property with all the modern conveniences. Enjoy this busy little fishing village, beautiful beaches, surf, fish or go to a really nice restaurant. Only 1hr and 15 minutes from the airport.
