My place is close to everything Recife has to offer: night life, public transportation, the center of the city, the airport, and parks. It is close to the Plaza Shopping and RioMar, UFPE, and the Animal Exhibition. You will love my place because of the people, the outside area, lighting, the neighborhood, and environment. The room is perfect for couples, friends visiting for business, and families (w9ith children) since it has a security netting on the windows. I have two cats (Bete and Joan ). This room is in an apartment building that is brand new (it was recently handed over by the builder) and is furnished—ideal for two people. It is a very comfortable room. It includes access to a hot shower, comfortable beds, and cotton sheets. There is a sofa in the living room in addition to a smart TV with Internet access, oven, refrigerator, microwave, and a veranda with an incredible view of the city During their stay, guests will have the bedroom to themselves, and they will have access to all of the other spaces in the building including the gym, leisure area, pool, party room, and playground. I am always be available because I live in the apartment. I can be reached by telephone (or (SENSITIVE CONTENTS HIDDEN)) or using Airbnb’s website. I work in the area and I can return to the building within 15 or 20 minutes’ time. The Neighborhood of Torre In the sixteenth-century, the area was home to a sugar plantation owned by Marcos André Uchoa. The name “Torre” (tower in Portuguese) comes from the plantation’s chapel tower, where there is now a church (the Matriz da Torre). Various textile, matches, and oil factories were later built in the area, such as the Contonifício da Torre, which has been deactivated. Bus stops are located along the Real da Torre and the Visconde de Alburquerque. You will also find taxi points in the general vicinity. I live in the apartment but you will find house rules, tourist guides, city maps, and the like. If you don’t like animals, this will not be the apartment for you.
