This is a beautiful four-bedroom (there is a 5th bedroom if required at an additional cost) vacation villa offering guests panoramic oceans views over the west coast of Barbados. As you enter the villa the experience team of staff is ready to greet you with a cold town and homemade rum punch. As you cross over the tranquil Koi pond and enter the large living room and bar your eyes are immediately drawn to views across the gardens to the pool deck and the ocean beyond. The villa offers two beautiful dining areas, a formal dining to the East of the property and an informal dining to the West. The property also features two large swimming pools which are connected by a private gazebo with seating for four. The Northern side of the pool area offers a large sun deck with loungers perfect for working on your tan. Whether its dinner with family and friends or a quick cocktail by the pool, the full complement of staff are on had ensure your stay is stress free and relaxing, the onsite cook will also be sure to prepare you some local ‘Bajan’ delicacies. All the bedrooms feature air-conditioning and private en-suite bathrooms. Three bedrooms are in the main house and the other one is in a private self-contained cottage. There is also an air-conditioned TV room with day loungers perfect for relaxing with a book or catching up with the news back home. To enhance your holiday, guests staying at this property also have full use of the Sandy Lane Property Owners Beach Facility. During the duration of your vacation, you will be able to use this private beach facility which offers complimentary beach loungers and umbrellas. The Sandy Lane Property Owners Beach Facility also offers a full-service bar and on-site restrooms. This Barbados rental also has a full complement of staff to ensure your stay is stress-free and relaxing. This includes a cook, housekeeper, and maid/laundress service. Please note the cost of groceries is not included in the price. However, we can arrange to have your initial groceries delivered to the property for your arrival. This would be payable directly to our local house managers. ​ This property rental DOES NOT permit the use of Riemann P20 Sunscreen, as it damages towels and fabrics. This property has been approved for quarantine which is required for unvaccinated travellers to Barbados. There is a 6-7 day quarantine period pending return of test results after testing on Day 5. 24hr security is required during this period. Security prices vary from property to property so please contact us for an exact quote. Please ensure you have the correct level of travel/trip insurance to cover you for any cancellation including for Covid-19.* NOTE: COVID-19 POLICY Where cancellation is related to one of the following circumstances with regard to Covid-19 then guests would be granted a full credit on all monies paid for a future stay in the same house to be used within 12 months, subject to availability. Please note the levels of quarantine and/or curfews in place are not one of the criteria. The Covid-19 policy is only applicable in the event that: 1. The Barbados Government refuses passenger entry based on their origin (whether by residence, recent travel to a particular destination or based on flight origin). 2. A Foreign government issues a specific travel ban to or from Barbados that prevents a guest from travelling. 3. A level 4 CDC Warning or Foreign Commonwealth Office (FCO) Advisory against Barbados must exist. At least one of these criteria must be in place 3 weeks in advance of your scheduled date to be able to postpone your trip for up to 12 months. Please note your own travel/trip insurance is still required to cover all other kinds of cancellation including if you or a member of your group tests positive for Covid-19 before or during your trip. Tropical Island Rentals, the local house managers and the owners of the properties will not be responsible for any costs relating to the testing of guests while on the island. Refunds will not be applicable to anyone testing positive for COVID-19, which will result in them and their party not being able to travel or not able to continue to stay at the property booked if a positive test result is received in Barbados.
