Cozy Caribbean Beach Home in Salinas

My place has Great views, right on the water. Less than 1hr from San Juan, 30 mins from Ponce. Salinas Intl. Speedway, Albergue Olimpico Water Park and Coamo Thermal Springs. Casinos nearby in Ponce, Caguas & San Juan. The home is within walking distance of great seafood restaurants and Salinas Marina . My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, and families very safe for just enjoying the warm Caribbean. Water shoes recommended. The upstairs level has a full kitchen, a master bedroon with a kingsize bed, 1 bedroom with a full bed and a bunk bed. In addition there is a large walkout terrace overlooking the ocean. The downstairs has a cozy private unit with a queen bed full bath and kitchen. There is a great terrace downstairs as well. The beach is very private and is great for just relaxing. Please only use the AC when in the unit. Do not leave the AC running if you are not there. All Music should be played at an appropriate level as to not interfere with the quiet enjoyment of our neighbors. No loud music or noise after 10 PM No parties shall be allowed without previous authorization All guests should park in the driveway at no time should guests block the entrance to our neighbor's home Launching of Boats and or jet Skis is prohibited from our driveway. (there is no boat ramp on the property and we are not responsible for any loss or damage to persons or property) You can moor/anchor a boat or watercraft on the oceanside of the home and access it from our property. There are boat ramps nearby for launching of vessels. There is no lifeguard on duty therefore anyone deciding to go into the water shall do so at there own risk. Children should be supervised by adults at all times. (we are not responsible for any loss or damage to persons or property)
