Although we are located at a high elevation, take Fido, the kids and your walking stick and hike even farther up our mountain road and enjoy a picnic and the ever changing scenery of autumn leaves or spring flowers. No need for air conditioning since the breezes are always cool, so snuggle under a cozy blanket and sleep to the serenade of the creek running down the mighty mountain and the echoes of a thunderstorm rolling in from over the gorge.
