We leveraged social distancing during this pandemic to get this space renovated and remodeled for you! We are compliant with the "new normal" of enhanced sanitation to stop the spread. With "good vibes", SmarTV with FREE Netflix, quiet workspace and fully furnished kitchen and deck - this is the perfect space to social distance. So, if you have a birthday, anniversary, memorial or celebration to attend or just need different scenery - this space is perfect! ***ADDITIONAL FEE FOR PETS*** It is important that all our guests are completely satisfied. While the community primarily consists of suburban developments along quiet residential streets, it also features popular stores, restaurants, and several small parks. Families love the small-town vibe offered in East Broad, where friendly neighbors look out for each other. Plenty of schools and a safe environment attract newcomers to the area. Located just a few minutes drive to Highway 270, the neighborhood proves a convenient option for commuters." ***CHECK IN*** We are adhering to the CDC Guidelines for cleaning and sanitation. We are required to wait three hours after a guest checks out to enter the space for cleaning and sanitation. You are free to check in any time after 5:00 pm, unless you've pre-arranged a different check-in time for special circumstances. ***CHECK OUT*** Check out is at 10:00 am. We can accommodate a later check out time for a fee to hire an additional housekeeper to get the space cleaned and sanitized sooner. When you book this space, your contactless, self check-in will allow you full access to two bedrooms, a finished basement, a living room with dining area, one and a half baths, and a fully furnished kitchen. The entire two-bedroom condo is for our guests with unrestricted, private access to every room. Each bedroom has a bed with clean bedding and space to create. The kitchen is complete with utensils for cooking and or grilling and place settings for four.
