The large living area includes a full kitchen and dining table, which connects to a larger outdoor terrace (patio) that overlooks the garden and pool area. The ENTIRE CONDOMINIUM is air conditioned. (Not just the bedrooms!) Fast, reliable wi-fi is included. Cleaning is provided 3x per week. We can arrange for airport pickup from Puerto Plata or Santiago, in-home chef services and coordinate local excursions. There are over 75 local excursions, some of the most popular being Ocean World, whale watching, cable car, Cabarete and Sosua Beaches, horseback riding, 27 waterfalls, surfing and many more. The gym day pass is 400 pesos ($8.00); weekly pass is 1,500 pesos ($30.00); monthly pass is 2,500 pesos ($50.00). Day passes to the Ocean Village Club House include use of the water park, swimming pools and children’s playground. The price is 1500 pesos ($30.00) for adults, weekends and 500 pesos ($10.00) for kids, which can be used at Al Porto restaurant.
