Beautiful Private Villa Surrounded by Nature with Deep Infinity Pool Overlooking the Ocean And Sunsets! This property is made up of a combination of contemporary modern and classic epoch architecture providing the best of both worlds. Perched on the sea side hills made up of a thousand shades and colours, you lose track of time gazing at the splendors of the local flora and fauna . Cool and breezy mountains with panoramic views that stretch to the horizon, this Villa provides guests with a wonderful “edge of the mountain jungle” feeling. Made up of a master bedroom with king bed and en suite bathroom, two spacious bedrooms with a king bed and 2 single beds and shared bathroom this home is ideal for a group of 6 people or less. The nicest feature of this house is having the option to open the entire ocean and pool facing glass wall. The lovely cooling breeze is constant, making it a comfortable temperature throughout the day, and at night you might even wish to use a blanket! The open concept and vaulted ceiling of the kitchen and living space is also great for keeping the interior at cool temperatures so no air conditioning is ever needed. The Villa is located 3.5 hours from SJO international airport. Just a 15 minute drive from Dominical and its beautiful beaches, and is accessed by a gravel road just off of the main paved road that leads to the lovely city of San Isidro 30 minutes away which is known for its wonderful local fruit and vegetable markets . The property is an hour away from the Chirripo National Park which has the county’s highest mountain. A good four by four vehicle is needed in order to get to the Villa. For those of you who like cooling off after a day at the beach or hiking the mountains , there is a large and very deep PRIVATE swimming pool which is surrounded by beautifully landscaped grass and gardens . Exclusive to this property, guests can also enjoy a PRIVATE heated Jacuzzi spa to help relax sore or tight muscles which is located adjacent to the PRIVATE swimming pool. At one side of the property you will find rain forest filled with butterflies, birds and other animals which inhabit this beautiful part of the pacific coast. To the left you have your own private veggie garden, free range chickens, fresh water fish pond and trails through the sustainable permaculture gardens with their flowers and seasonal fruit for your enjoyment! A good 4x4 vehicle is needed to access this villa. The best of both worlds can be found here, as guests will love to escape to the cool hills after hiking to incredible waterfalls or enjoying the warm waters of the many pristine beaches found nearby. Temperatures are cooler here than at the beach which is just 15 minutes away. Another great plus to this villa is that one of the country's prettiest and biggest waterfall is located nearby and can be accessed either by hiking to it from the waterfall parking area or by horseback for those with an appetite for adventure! Foodies will be able to enjoy organic local markets held in different towns nearby. The closest one is in Tinamastes just a 10 minute drive away (held every Tuesday starting at 8am. You will need a vehicle to stay at this property to be able to get around. A 4x4 or a 4x2 with front wheel drive is REQUIRED. Rear wheel drive vehicles will not work due to a short yet steep gravel hill. Having said that, we recommend a 4x4 vehicle to access the points of interest throughout this beautiful region.
