Upon, entering the professionally designed home; you will be greeted with a state-of-the-art kitchen designed by the owner, an awarded winning chef. As you stand in the kitchen, you will be taken away by the wall of panoramic glass doors that overlook the outside living area, and private pool (protected with a safety fence). If you make your way down the hall, you will reach the first bedroom that will comfortably sleep two people. Continuing down the hall you arrive at the crown jewel of the property, the master suite. Designed and fitted to exceed your expectations. The room is arranged for comforting and spoiling of the guests. You will find a king size bed, a standalone bathtub, an indoor and an outdoor shower, and a double sink vanity. The Villa is divided into two levels. The top-level of the Villa that you see in all the pictures, with the amazing views and private pool and the ground floor level is an apartment that offers a home to the host of this property. Both levels have separate entrances, which offers the guests complete privacy . The two homes do not have shared spaces. The home is designed with lots of care and eye for detail. Beautiful pieces of art and nature are included in the design, such as the eye-catcher chandelier of driftwood. Enjoy the Caribbean experience of outside living in a luxurious setting. The house is located in a new build resort/neighborhood located on the south/east side of the Island. The resort is only a 5 min. drive from the popular Jan Thiel Beach. The entrance fee to this beach is around $4 per persons and the sunbeds can be rented from $4 up to $35 per sunbed per day. The supermarket "Vreugdenhil" that offers both Dutch as American products is only a 5 min. drive. Just outside the resort on walking distance from the house you'll find a nice cozy restaurant, (offers take-out as well) named "foodies" that offers the best coffee, fresh bread, meals, breakfast, lunch and several sweets/cakes. From the house you'll find several trails into the natural park "the Salt Lakes", easy for walking, running and biking. A perfect place for travelers that like to stay close to nature, bird lovers and/or prefer an active vacation that includes mountain biking or walking in the quit and natural reserves. The historical city center Willemstad you'll find on 15-20 min. driving distance. Hato Airport is a 45-60 min. drive (depending on the hour of the day and traffic). Rent a car is recommended to explore all hidden nature and culture the Island has to offer. A rental car is available with competitive rates that can be reserved trough the host. The Villa offers private parking on the premises. In the area there are great restaurants, beaches, night life, laundromat, Dive school and security.
