Gorgeous Pigeon Lake 4 season cottage

Very clean bright, newly renovated 3 BR cottage on Pigeon Lake, situated in Gannons Narrows, 90 min from TO, close to Peterboro. Very private and large, level grassy lot, great for kids.Great beds, premium kitchen, gas fireplace, paddle boat, canoe, large dock, wading for kids. Enjoy swimming, fishing, biking, hiking, 8 golf courses, fire pit with wonderful western sunset, snowmobiling -available for Christmas, New Year's & summer holidays. July- Aug there is a 7 night min stay, Fri to Fri. The cottage is beautiful but it is located on an unbelievable lot. Large, level and grassy which is great for both little kids and adults to play on - and it is extremely private. The western view of the lake is spectacular and offers magnificent sunsets. During 06.02 – 09. 09. 2018, guests stay for minimum 7 nights. Guests have use of the entire lot and cottage as well as all contents which are in the garage including a 15.5' square back canoe. Adult life jackets are provided but guests must bring their own children's lifejackets. I live just down the road and am available if you have any special needs or if there are any issues which come up. I'm there to make your stay enjoyable but only if you need me, I will respect your privacy. Check in is 4pm and check out is 11 am. The cottage is in a neighbourhood with permanent residents so guests must be mindful that noise does travel and sound must be turned down by 9pm. Very private lot right next to a marina which is very quiet but give you easy boat launching capabilities. The cottage is the first on a dirt road which leads to a conservation area which is ideal for an easy hike through the forest. There are 8 golf courses within about a 30 min drive with the closest being only 8 min away and it has a driving range. Excellent fishing off the dock and in front of the cottage. The cottage is on a street with permanent residents so guest must be mindful of noise and turn it down by 11pm. Parking for 4 cars PLEASE NOTE: BED LINENS ARE SUPPLIED BUT TOWELS AND SHAMPOO ARE NOT.
