Beautiful Beach House along the boardwalk; the property backs on to the beach! Our clean and modern home on the beach can accommodate up to 15 guests. It is the perfect place to stay if you're travelling with large groups or with multiple families. When renting our home you get the benefit of accessing the entire home; it is split into 2 units with 2 entrances and you get full access to both fully furnished units. This spacious 6 bedroom home backs onto a boardwalk and a public beach along Lake Ontario. It is a very convenient location to enjoy a beach holiday but within commuting distance to major work locations in the GTA. The house also has a deck and a large backyard which is perfect for family gatherings and fun activities. A few steps from the backyard gate is a public beach and boardwalk directly on the beach! Wake up and go for a stroll or run right on the water! Go-karting, canoe rentals, and a water park are all in the direct vicinity of the property as well. You will have access to the entire house! The house is split into an upstairs and downstairs unit with three bedrooms, one full bathroom, a kitchen and common area in each and both with direct backyard and lake access. The upstairs unit has a larger kitchen and dining area- perfect for group dinners! There are separate entrances for each unit. While our home is fully equipped to ensure a great stay, there can sometimes be needs for you to contact us. We're always available if you have questions or need recommendations. The neighbourhood is a strip of beach stretching from Burlington to Stoney Creek. It is a very convenient location to enjoy a beach holiday but within commuting distance to major work locations in the GTA. We have easy access to 2 GO Train stations. There is a public bus stops just at the end of the driveway from our home (both directions), and there are many taxi companies, Uber's, and Lyft's in the area. In response to the COVID 19 (Corona) virus, we have implemented a comprehensive response plan which includes a thorough, professional cleaning of the unit, and disinfection of all typical touch surfaces. Several times a week (or after each guest, as required), we conduct a deep sterilization of the entire unit using specialized equipment.
