You will enjoy a new 55” TV with Comcast & brand new king size zero gravity bed. There is a cozy sitting area with a marble coffee table & linen couch. There is a pull out single bed available so please advise if you plan to use it so I can make it up. If not using pullout it’s in the way of open space. Snacks & drinks provided. Rental unit is available for use while you are a guest. There is a private outdoor area for your use at foot of your steps. I had to remove BBQ due to fire hazard. View & fresh air combination make this an oasis. I don’t mind socializing if you need info. I’m not always around so better to give you info on texts or email. Larkspur Ferry, Larkspur Marin Airporter, Bon Air shopping Ctr, Marin General. In hills above downtown San Rafael. Close to hiking, beaches, harbors. Parking is in front of white gate & you enter down pedestrian gate & bear left down 12 steps to rental. Ferry & Bus available 5 min away to SF. Kindly park in front of blue tape marked on stone pillar. Thank you. Self check in is available anytime with coded locks.
