CJ's Hideaway

Located in Woodlands, St. George's. It's a 2bedroom, 1bathroom apartment. Quiet area. Not densely populated. It is located in a sub-urban area. Within range of airport 10mins, various beaches 10mins, main town 30mins, rum distillery 2mins, Clarke's Court Bay Marina 10mins, various restaurants 10mins...these times depend on the traffic. I will be at home mostly in the early mornings, afternoons and weekends. I can assist with making arrangements to get to various places. There are 2bedrooms and 1queen-size bed in each room with clothes closet/dresser. An open concept living-room, dining area and kitchen. 1 bathroom with shower, toilet and sink. The bathroom will be a shared space if both bedrooms are occupy. There are fruit trees bordering the house. The house is fenced and gated for privacy. The house is on an incline, so the yard is gently sloping. Vehicles can be parked in the yard if one is rented. However, the yard is a shared parking space. You have access to the all spaces except where am living. I will be home everyday...you will see me early mornings, afternoon and weekends. You can phone me at anytime if you need anything Clarke's Court Bay Marina about 200yards away; a rum distillery about 50yards. 30 minutes away is the city center and shopping area, beaches, restaurants...all within walking distances. Also, you can rent a small dinghy to take you to the island or can hike across There are buses, US1 for local bus shuttle. Taxi are available, price starts from US20 to US60 depending on where you want to go. There are vehicle rentals and you can also walk depending on where you are going
