Guests do not share this listing with anyone. ABOUT HOME: This house is located 5 mins drive from the caribbean sea coast. It is spacious and airy provided by large windows, providing lots of light, coming in from the tropical sun. Available to Guest is one (1) air-conditioned en-suite bedroom, kitchen/dining, Front Yard and Parking Space, large veranda overlooking distant panoramic views. It is Located in Huerelle Estate, 2 mins drive from the village of Laborie/St. Lucia. The house is cooled down with powerful ceiling fans in the living and dining area and one (1) air conditioned en-suite bedroom, and also the natural Island breeze, circulating inside from large windows, bringing the beautiful outside in for extra ventilation. Guest can also use the large veranda, a perfect spot for a cool after noon nap taking in the fresh breeze of the caribbean. There are plenty of opportunities for both relaxation and outdoor activities because of it's location of short driving distances from beautiful beaches, which has everything you can wish for in a tropical setting. This listing is not a shared space. Guest will be alone and have full access to the rooms and verandas decribed above. The house and kitchen is fully equipped with all the basics needs, including wifi. PLEASE NOTE: Portable electronics devices like cell phones, laptops, tablets, etc, are all equipped with dual voltage. So they are all safe to be charged at the house. We also provide power supplies if it's needed. complimentary beach chairs and snorkle gear are available. ENERGY INTERRUPTIONS> Host is not responsible if there are any interruptions caused by the local service providers, to the water supply, WIFI, TV, Electricity, etc. Also be aware that the Solar water Heater will produce lower heat temperatures if rain continues for more than two days. There is plenty of space for parking at the front yard, if you decide to rent a vehicle. LOCATION REMINDER: St. Lucia is home to "Mountains, hills and valleys" That's a line from our national anthem. I highly recommend renting a vehicle no matter where you decide to stay on the island, preferably an SUV. Makes it easier to visit key locations at will. Besides it's cheaper to do so, instead of hiring taxi. Guest have access only to, the Bedroom, Kitchen, living room, dining area, bottom verandas, parking space and front yard. COVID-19 PROTOCOLS: The covid-19 protocols currently prohibits Guest to have visitors, at any certified villa or Guest house on the Island...even if Guest and potential visitor is fully vaccinated. Host will not hesitate to contact the local authorities to enforce the law, in order to protect Caribreeze Covid-19 Certification. We are available via the airbnb messaging app, for Guest assistance between 8am-9am and 4pm-5pm. This house is located about 2 minutes drive from the village of Laborie, in a small neighbourhood at Herelle Estate, Laborie. I recommend this house for travelers seeking for a vacation that's away from traditional Hotels and Resorts ....a place to feel at home, with no one to bother you. I also recommend renting a vehicle, preferably an SUV, no matter where you decided to stay on the island. If you want to get around taxis can be very expensive, and cost more than renting a vehicle. VEHICLE RENTAL PRICING: USD $55- $75 per day. Prices are based on size of vehicle and make. A driving permit is required as well for a price of $22USD. REMEMBER: We drive on the Left side! ACTIVITIES If you want to relax there are lots of beaches within 5-15 minutes driving. You could choose from kite surfing and other water sports, including Jet Ski rental. ATV tour safaris, horseback riding (20 mins away). If you want a view of the entire south coastline you can get that for free from Moule-a-Chique 15mins away, or Morne le Blanche 10 mins away. Both offer breathtaking views of the entire south of the island. Please note that I can't post links here, but you can search St. Lucia on the internet to get familiar with what the island has to offer. BEACH Anse-de Sable is the largest beach on the island. It's only 10 minutes drive from the house, Available there are kite surfing and other water sports activities. Beach bars/ restaurants, or just relax on the sandy beach. If you want a closer beach to the house, you're less than 5 minutes drive, or 25 to 30 minutes walk away from the Rudy John Beach Park A.K.A Laborie Beach, located in Laborie Village. RESTAURANTS Wilson's Restaurant and Bar. Located less than 3 minutes walk from the house. They offer home delivery meals aswell. Luches' restaurant and bar-5mins Le escape - Ballenbouche-10 mins Salt Rush - Laborie beach-5 mins Kalime - Piaye, Choiseul-10 mins Empire 758 - Laborie-5 mins The Reef - Anse De Sable 15-mins Mama Tilly's- Laborie-5 mins These restaurants above are located 5 to 10 minutes drive from the house, except for Wilson's Restaurant and Bar which is 3 minutes walk away. SHOPPING There are two Massy Supermarkets within 10 minutes drive from the home, located in Vieux-Fort. Massy Store Supermarkets carries many international favorite foods, including those indigenous to the Caribbean. BEVERAGES For alcoholic and non- alcoholic beverages. You're in luck. I recommend 'Uptown Liquor Store' located mins away in Vieux-Fort, best prices for beverages on the island. Actually it's two minutes from the Airport, to the right off an exit on that four lane concrete road mentioned in the directions to the house.
