For those who want a rest in a country house, this is the perfect place. The house has all comfort for a long stay, there is a fireplace in the living room where you can enjoy a glass of wine. There are two spacious and comfortable rooms with bedding and bath linen (6 beds + 1 sofa). There is a master room with a bathroom w/hot water (shower, toilet, bathtub, and sink). Additionally, there are 2 showers, 2 toilets, and 2 sinks in the garden w/ hot water. Also, there are 2 half baths in the living room, and on the second floor. The kitchen is very spacious and has a firewood kitchen and induction cooker to prepare your meals, it has all the kitchenware and complete crockery and glassware for large families and couples. Our gardens are wonderful and fill you with peace, in the morning you can enjoy the song of the birds and on clear days you can have a beautiful view of the Andes mountain range, Cayambe and Pasochoa volcanoes will be your landscape in clear days. All areas of the house are open for our guest, living room, dining room, kitchen, gardens, hall, outdoor dining room, and parking (except soccer file) Anyway if you need any additional service of the house only ask me and I will help you immediately. I am always available by (Hidden by Airbnb) or mobile phone, I live 20 minutes from the house and I can help to the guests when they need anything. My son is a very good host and helps me if it was necessary, we love to have guests in our house, share experiences and nice chats with them. The neighborhood is a very quiet place full of green and peace, 5 minutes walking there is a super market, bakery and gas station; 10 minutes away is the Metropolitan Park of the South, 20 minutes is the Shopping Center San Luis, where you can find all kinds of shops of the best brands, cinema, banks, pharmacies, restaurants, playground for children, mega supermarket. A little further to 15 minutes the Pasochoa Protective forest, 1h15 Cotopaxi National Park, 1h15 The Papallacta spring waters, 30 minutes the Antizana reserve, 30 minutes Ilinizas volcanoes, there are local markets that can be visited during the week. If you come from Quito city, you have to take the highway General Rumiñahui and continue along the old rout Amaguaña- Tambillo, cross the Conocoto neighborhood, la Salle school, and arrival to the station gas Petrocomercial, from this point you have to continue straight for the secondary street 400m. (3min by car) turn left to passage N26C, my house is the second one # E1-86 (white wall). From Tababela airport, it can take from 50 to 60 minutes, it depends on the traffic, the rate is US$ 35.0 (one way) by taxi. If you want this private transport service we can arrange it with our driver, so you can get the property quickly and efficiently. If you wish to go out of the property it is better to take a taxi or rent a car. Please make a previous reservation to confirm your trip by taxi, there is a taxi company 5 minutes far away from the house. We offer yoga class with a pre-reservation with extra supplement, please bring your own mat. Also, the property has 4 thousand square meters where you be able to walk and enjoy all gardens. There is a soccer file next to our property this is totally separate from our guest house, there is a possibility that once or twice per week we can have soccer players. The soccer players don't have access to the main house. When the guest wants to occupy this area can do a reservation in advance with a supplement of USD 45,0 per hour. Please take note of the rate of the guest house does not include this place. This area has its own services (private access, parking, toilets, showers, and sinks for visitors) the soccer file has (Phone number hidden by Airbnb) square meters of fresh grass and very well maintained.
