The bedroom and bathroom are private while the rest of the house is shared. Property owner is available for questions or concerns by text. Owner does not socialize with guests. Nasa space center, clear lake, neighborhood park, green belt, several parks in clear lake, Baybrook Mall, marinas, and Kemah boardwalk are all nearby. Galveston is 30 minutes and Houston proper is 20 minutes away. Uber and Lyft are available. Your private room is upstairs and your private bathroom is downstairs.
