Beautiful and brand new condo in perfectly located apartment building. The whole place has a modern feel to it without losing a touch of home. The unit is composed of one bedroom with an ensuite bathroom, living room and deck to relax and enjoy the views, as well as a modern kitchen and laundry machine. This cozy and modern apartment is close to all the best restaurants and night life in San Jose, as well as museums and downtown. Major public transportation is right outside the door. The unit is very clean and all appliances, and bathroom facilities are brand new. You will also have access to the building's gym and pool. due to covid, reservation with security guards is required. There is a construction at the moment at front of the apartment and there may be some noise between 8 am and 4 pm. Thank you very much. It is also walking distance to San Jose's central market and very close to San Pedro mall. Public transportation is right outside the door of the building there is access to buses and taxis.
