Located on the shores of the beautiful Northumberland Strait boasting breathtaking ocean and pastoral views, you're left with no choice but to relax and appreciate life. This is the ultimate vacation spot for those of you that are looking to unwind and unplug. Ideal for those that embrace the outdoor lifestyle. Available year round, short and long term stays welcome. My beautiful private guest-house is calling for you or your group of up to 10 to visit and get away from a busy life. Relax in the sunroom and take in the gorgeous, and breathtaking panoramic views of wildlife, field, ocean and woods. For those adventure seekers, and nature enthusiasts, this is the spot for you. Feel free to walk or hike the property and swim at the beach across the street. Bring your snowmobile and ride the regional trail that runs through my back yard. In the summer bring your boat or jet ski, which can be conveniently launched at the nearby wharf which has a boat launch. This is a working farm. From time to time their will be workers on the property doing landscape work in the lavender field. I live onsite in the adjacent guest cottage next to the main house. I am always available if needed. Guests are welcome to explore the property Located in the small rural seaside community of St- Thomas de Kent, approximately a 40 minutes drive from Moncton. Within a 20 minute drive you will be able to visit beaches, restaurants, farm markets, local shops, provincial parks, mountain bike trails , golfing and many other activities.. It is recommended that guest staying on site have access to their own mode of transportation, as there is no public transport in the area. This is a working farm. In the summer of 2020, I and several family members plan on planting 3000 lavender plants over 2 acres of land.
