Villa 238B is a beautiful 2-bedroom villa situated close to the white sands and turquoise waters of Jolly Harbour’s south beach. Jolly Harbour is one of the premier holiday spots in Antigua. Everything you need for a relaxing holiday is within walking distance of your villa. There is a sun deck stretching out over the water, ideal for lounging in the sun during the day, or for a BBQ under the stars. The lower level of the property features a fully equipped kitchen, containing all you need for cooking and dining. The living room enjoys a flat screen TV with cable TV & Wi-Fi. You can dine indoors with seating for 4, and there is also a breakfast bar. On the patio you can have BBQ as often as you like and enjoy dining al-fresco. The patio connects to an extended deck over the water on which you can lounge and enjoy the sun and some tanning. The master bedroom has a queen size bed with an en-suite bathroom. The second bedroom has two single beds also with an en-suite bathroom. All rooms are air conditioned and have ceiling fans. Perfectly located just a short stroll to the beautiful South Beach, and within the beautiful Jolly Harbour Marina you will find an abundance of shops, restaurants and bars. The large fully stocked supermarket, swimming pool, tennis courts and golf club are also on your doorstep just a five-minute walk away. From January 1st 2021 all accommodation rentals will incur a 14% sales tax. The total amount will be communicated to you before you rental is booked and should be paid before arrival or on the day of check-in as advised by the host. There will be a Tourism Levy Tax implemented shortly, at a cost of $5us/ night per person (over the age of 5). We will advise you in your inquiry once this has taken effect and it will be payable locally once checked in. All guests need a PCR test with negative result (for all persons over the age of 12), taken within 7 days of arrival into Antigua and should fill out a health declaration form online. We can inform you further on necessary steps for travel to Antigua.
