Private, quiet and cozy two bedroom house fully furnished, surrounded by a variety of lush tropical fruit and green trees and a well maintained lawn. This comfortable family home is ideal for a small family with children, or two couples travelling together looking for privacy, total relaxation authentic Jamaican vacation. The kitchen is fully equipped. A local cook is available on request if needed. There is a washer and housekeeper services available for guests staying over 7 days. This charming modern open planned family home is a Hidden Gem in Ocho Rios. It is very spacious and comfortable with all the required necessities for a perfect vacation. The patio and lawn is ideal for relaxing and enjoying a glass of wine or beer, day or night as the cool breeze blows. It's also very spacious outside for children to explore and play. There is an A/C unit in each room as well as a ceiling fan in the living room and curtains to keep the place cool. There is hot water for showering if required. The property has a private entrance and a garage for parking. The house is fully grilled, gated and has security cameras outside only. You are welcome to explore the surrounding areas. You'll have full access and use of all facilities. WiFi is available throughout the house. I'm available by email and there will be another contact who lives in a separate section on the property who will be there to exchange keys and he will be your local contact. The location is ideal for golfers as the Sandals Upton golf course is approximately 10 minutes away. For excercise enthusiast this is also good for jogging, running, biking and hiking. Being a home listening to the birds and meditating for total relaxation is also an added bonus to relieve stress. The local convenient stores, restaurants with possible vegan meals, juices and bars are 15 minutes away and are renowned for giving you the true Jamaican experience. Ocho Rios is 30 minutes away andis renowned for its beautiful white, sandy private beaches and the fantastic Dunns River falls . Some beaches may attract small fee. White River rafting swimming adventures is also available and is minutes away. There is also other local river adventures 15 minutes away such as the Blue Hole which is one of the main local attraction. Having you own transport is recommended as the property is a short distance from the main road. However, we have local transport available for touring, partying, shopping and airport transfers etc. There is a 10 minute walk from house to main street to get taxis. The road is not paved but is safe for all types of transportation preferably 4 wheel drive.
