Ocean Pearl Luxury Suite

The basement suite features 900 sq ft space with 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom, open concept living & dining room and full kitchen, near lake. Wifi, cable, air condition etc. We provide the feeling of home away from home. Less than 5 mins to HWY 401, OC mall, various restaurants and 10 mins. drive to the lake. My space has 1 bedroom with a queen bed in the bedroom. One queen sofa bed in living room and a futon that sleeps two more guests. In total the suite can accommodate up to 6 guest to sleep. The space is available for both short and long term stay. The suite is equipped for business stay and International students. Guest has the suite entirely to themselves. There is a full kitchen with stove, fridge, dishwasher, microwave, kettle, toaster, coffee pot, crockery and utensils. Guest can share outdoor deck and barbecue grill. The guests space is private and has it's own entrance. Owner lives on site in another section of the home. Guest can access owner as needed. The neighbourhood is small and the people are friendly. Public transit is available for movements around town. There is also public taxi, car rental stores, the Go bus & Go train that runs through many towns including toronto. The suite is located just a couple minutes from HWY 401, 407 and 412 Guest should be able to walk up and down 6 stairs to enter and leave suite. Laundry is available only to guest who are booked for one week stay or longer.
