Although our regular check-in and check-out times are 4PM and 10AM, respectively, we will accommodate to your flight schedule to the extent conflicting bookings and the housekeeping schedule permits. Owner communicates with guests via Internet and telephone. A local manager is responsible for all rental details. She will also arrange for early check-in and late check-out if possible. The House is located in an upscale location of Abadiania. The entire approx. 720 sq.m. property is walled/gated and tastefully landscaped and has a private 9m x 4m x1.2m deep swimming pool. All amenities of the small village of Abadiania, i.e., the Casa de Dom Inacio, limited restaurants, boutiques, etc. are within easy walking distance, just a few minutes away. A taxi (or UBER) service is only needed for airport transportation. Guest arrival is coordinated with our local manager. Our pricing is all-inclusive and includes end-cleaning and housekeeping once per week, typically on Fridays.
