Larry and Susan are the homes caretakers and live on site if you have any questions. Once through the gate the home opens up to a massive courtyard, Pool and an outdoor covered BBQ area, all of which is fenced and private. Villa facilities include your own double kayak, snorkel gear and off street parking. Come in past the spacious outdoor covered lounge and dining + bar setting, and through the home’s large sliding doors, the house opens up to the main living room with a TV and Lounge, connecting to the Main Dining area with seating for 8, and a huge, fully kitted out brand new kitchen. There are 2 fridge freezer units, 2 sink areas, stove, hob and oven to complement the BBQ outside. Large Bifold windows in the kitchen open out to the relaxing courtyard + pool vista + bar seating. Downstairs there are 3 bedrooms ; all the downstairs bathrooms are wheelchair friendly. The largest bedroom downstairs has a Super king split bed as well as a single bed, and well appointed modern en suite; the other two bedrooms have queen size beds each, and share a central modern bathroom. Upstairs is the ultimate getaway from the kids in the pool, BBQ duties, or going out to get more ice, a separate light filled living area opens up to a spacious covered balcony with views of the Courtyard, Ocean and surrounds. The stunning Fourth bedroom up here boasts it’s own living area, walk in closet and private ensuite bathroom. Moana Oasis Villa is ideal for large groups or two families, the home is within easy striking distance of a number of facilities including a petrol station + minimart, beach gear hire, Special conditions: The house has a BlueSky Hotspot, to access it you need to open your browser, it will default to the Cook Islands BlueSky page, in the lower left corner, you’re able to by a data package (they’ll send you a username and password).
